Each individual may hold only one registered account on hiyabet. The creation of multiple accounts by a single person is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. hiyabet reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts, forfeit any associated balances, and permanently ban the user from the Platform.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your hiyabet login credentials, including your password and any one-time PINs (OTPs). You must not share your credentials with any third party. hiyabet will never ask for your password via any communication channel. You agree to notify hiyabet immediately if you suspect any unauthorized access to your account.
hiyabet is required by PAGCOR regulations to verify the identity of all registered users. You may be required to submit government-issued identification documents, proof of address, and other supporting documents. Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe specified by hiyabet may result in restrictions on your account, including the suspension of withdrawal privileges.

hiyabet reserves the right to investigate any suspected breach of this section and to take appropriate action, including account suspension, termination, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities.
hiyabet accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following Philippine-compliant payment methods: GCash, PayMaya / Maya, bank transfer (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, Security Bank), and debit cards. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱).
All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. hiyabet reserves the right to return deposits made from unverified or third-party sources and to suspend the associated account pending investigation.
Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment account registered in the same name as your hiyabet account. You must have completed KYC verification before any withdrawal can be processed. hiyabet reserves the right to impose withdrawal limits and to request additional documentation before releasing funds, in accordance with PAGCOR anti-money laundering requirements.

hiyabet's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your hiyabet account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
hiyabet does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. We reserve the right to suspend, modify, or discontinue any part of the Platform at any time without liability.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any dispute between you and hiyabet that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Makati City, Metro Manila, Philippines. You agree to waive any objection to the exercise of jurisdiction by such courts.
For disputes relating to PAGCOR-regulated gaming activities, you may also refer the matter to PAGCOR's player dispute resolution process in accordance with applicable regulations.
